Goodreads Synopsis: ” After accidentally killing everyone in her class, Alice Wonder is now a patient in the Radcliffe Lunatic Asylum. No one doubts her insanity. Only a hookah-smoking professor believes otherwise; that he can prove her sanity by decoding Lewis Carroll’s paintings, photographs, and find Wonderland’s real whereabouts. Professor Caterpillar persuades the asylum that Alice can save lives and catch the wonderland monsters now reincarnated in modern day criminals. In order to do so, Alice leads a double life: an Oxford university student by day, a mad girl in an asylum by night. The line between sanity and insanity thins when she meets Jack Diamond, an arrogant college student who believes that nonsense is an actual science”

Review: I got this copy from Xpresso Book Tours for in exchange of a review. Note this review will be short this is because I really didn’t like this book because it wasn’t for me. Let me start off buying saying this has to be the most original Alice and Wonderland well the only one I have read compare to the by Lewis Carroll. This book puts the word MAD into the Mad Hatter. Haha little pun there. I loved the idea I just wish it was told in the way that I would love the book as a whole instead of one part. This book is a quick read like super quick it took me like an hour or less but thats not the point it was slow and dragged out a lot. Most of all it was super confusing. I think you had to get in the idea of an insane person in order to read this book. I didn’t have enough to get into the position of Alice the main character to realize everything. If the book could have been at a steady pace but a little longer and didn’t drag out then I would probably give it another star. Another thing is I read Cameron Jace before and his writing style to me doesn’t engross me like most authors do. Sometimes like his books but other times I hate and don’t care for it at all. This is one of those times when I didn’t hate it but I didn’t love either. It wasn’t completely for filling for me. Overall this book is 2.5 stars. I saw a lot of mix things about I would say go ahead give it try you may like and if not its a quick read.
